Communications a key to business success

I had a conversation recently with Joe Molina from the Small Business
Development Center in Oceanside, and I asked him what was the most
frequently mentioned challenge that a new or existing business faces.Ý

His answer: "The nightmare that most small businesses face is that after
all of the hard work and money they put into launching their business,
they have no customers. Many times, the success or failure of a business
comes down to marketing ---- just letting people know what you do and
how to contact you."
